We re finally making small-batch beef tallow using our 100% grass-fed, pasture-raised beef fat from our herds. Our tallow comes in an 8oz jar.

Tallow is the fat rendered down from a ruminant animal (cattle, bison, lamb) – just like Lard is rendered down fat from pigs and boars.

We love using tallow because:

• it s got a high smoke point
• adds incredible flavor to your meals
• a great alternative to seed oils
• amazing for skin care (alternative to lotion)
